When stone fruit season arrives, I find every excuse to use fresh peaches. This peach and prosciutto pizza has quickly become one of me and Eric’s absolute favorites. There’s something about the sweet, juicy peaches paired with salty prosciutto that just works, especially in the summer. It’s one of those recipes that feels a little elevated but is actually simple to make. Best of all, it’s a total crowd pleaser and comes together in minutes, making it perfect for casual backyard nights or weekend gatherings.

We’ve been loving our Gozney pizza oven, and this pizza is now one of our go-to recipes to make in it. The high heat gives the crust that crisp, wood-fired texture and brings out the natural sweetness of the peaches in just a few minutes. It’s such a fun, easy dish to serve at summer get-togethers and always one of the first things to disappear from the table.

The finishing touch is a drizzle of good olive oil and a swirl of balsamic glaze right before serving. It adds the perfect balance of richness and tang in every bite. If you’re looking for a fresh new pizza to make the most of stone fruit season, this is the one.
