Designed and built entirely in house with our partners at DIG Construction, the home unfolds into a series of lush, functional spaces that embrace the region’s year-round sunshine.

At the heart of the property, the wellness deck offers a private sanctuary with an outdoor shower, sauna, and cold plunge, located just steps from the expansive pool. A “floating” shade structure topped with soft shade cloth filters the light for breezy afternoons, while the outdoor kitchen, complete with smoker, BBQ, fridge, and generous counter space, sets the stage for effortless entertaining.

The landscape layers tropical plantings, natural stonework, and warm wood accents to create a setting that feels both vibrant and grounded. Multiple lounging zones invite you to slow down, from the poolside chaises to the fireplace lounge to the lawn that is perfectly sized for picnics. Every element was crafted to make the outdoors as livable, refreshing, and inviting as the interiors.
