Garden Studio Home

This home is a reflection of the Garden Studio spirit. Designed in close collaboration with Eric Olsen and Gonterman Construction, it brings together architecture, landscape, and construction in a way that feels both thoughtful and effortless. Every space was considered through the lens of how it would live, breathe, and evolve over time—rooted in a connection to nature and the belief that outdoor space should feel just as personal as what’s inside.

The landscape takes the lead throughout the property. A mix of decomposed granite, hand-set stone, and clipped plantings guide the flow, offering structure without rigidity. Olive trees, lavender, rosemary, and wild groundcovers lend a layered softness that contrasts beautifully with the home’s more tailored elements. Graveled courtyards, garden edges softened by texture, and moments of shade and sun invite you to slow down and settle in.

From the front drive to the fire pit tucked just off the kitchen, every garden moment was designed to feel intentional. This is a space built to be lived in and loved—a home where the landscape doesn’t follow the architecture but rather sets the tone for it.
