Jr. Construction Project Manager

Our company is looking for a Jr. Construction Project Manager to join our team. Capture site progress, coordinate material deliveries, conduct inspections, manage crew schedules, and prioritize tasks. Proficient in Google applications, Excel, Outlook. Strong time management and communication skills. Construction experience a plus.

Responsibilities & Objectives of this Role:

Taking photos of job sites and verifying progress with the Construction Team
Material deliveries, pickups, drop offs
Being on site for inspections
Placing orders and receiving plant deliveries
Renting trucks or equipment to pick up and deliver materials

Bark, gravel, soil, garbage, appliances, etc.

Taking accurate measurements to place orders or verify accuracy of work being done
Managing crews schedule, work, direction, tracking hours

Required Qualifications:

Communicating efficiently with Construction Team Members
Proficient in Google applications, excel, Microsoft Outlook
Excellent time management skills
Flexible and willing to do the work needed to complete the project
Excellent organizational/scheduling skills
Ability to handle a large workload and prioritize items to completion
